Capabilities

A complete device platform, not a single-vendor tool

From a single console: cameras, intercoms, sensors, access controllers, signage, lighting, climate, energy, and more. Generic by design — KardoVision works with the devices you already have.

Unified inventory

One screen for every connected device. Live online/offline status, last-seen, site grouping, free-text search, and category filters.

Live + recorded video

Stream cameras over WebRTC with sub-second latency. Recordings live in cloud storage with retention controlled per plan.

Frictionless pairing

QR-first device claim. Local-IP fallback supports ONVIF, RTSP, ISAPI, SIP, Modbus, and MQTT for existing hardware.

Multi-site, multi-user

Sites, floors, zones, teams. Role-based access — operator, viewer, admin. Every action audit-logged with IP and timestamp.

Alerts and rules

Push notifications for offline events, motion, access denials, and sensor thresholds. Quiet hours per user, per site.

Open API + webhooks

Every screen is a thin client over a REST API. Outbound webhooks on every state change. SDK roadmap: TypeScript, Python, Go.

Architecture

Built for security teams that read the spec sheet

Technical decisions, in plain English.

Transport

TLS 1.3 everywhere. WebRTC DTLS-SRTP for live media. mTLS for device-to-cloud control plane.

Multi-tenancy

Per-row tenant isolation, enforced in middleware. Optional per-tenant KMS key for at-rest encryption.

Storage

Hot / warm / cold tiers with lifecycle policies. Events append-only with corrective supersedes links.

Hosting

AWS us-east-1, ECS Fargate, RDS Postgres, ElastiCache Redis, S3, CloudFront, AWS WAF.

Featured · Digital Signage

Push content to any screen,
from anywhere.

KardoVision Digital Signage is the cloud CMS for retail screens, lobby displays, restaurant menu boards, and office wayfinding. Upload media once, organize into playlists, assign to screens — schedule, monitor, and update remotely without ever touching the hardware.

How it works

From upload to on-screen in three steps

One workspace controls every screen. No proprietary hardware. No on-prem media server.

1

Upload content

Images, videos, web URLs, and templates. Per-tenant media library with version history, tags, and a free-text search. Drop a file in once, reuse anywhere.

2

Build playlists

Drag content into a playlist, set per-item duration, transitions, and ordering. Live-preview the playlist before pushing.

3

Assign to screens

Pick one playlist, pick the screens it plays on, set a schedule (time of day, day of week). Changes propagate to every screen in seconds.

Capabilities

Built for teams that run dozens of screens, not just one

Multi-site rollouts

Group screens by site, floor, zone, or campaign. Push a price update to every store at once. Schedule a holiday promo across regions.

Live screen health

Online/offline, last heartbeat, current playlist, current asset, network strength — every screen monitored. Auto-alert when one drops off.

Time-of-day scheduling

Morning menu before 11, lunch menu noon to 3, dinner after 5. Per-screen schedules, per-tenant timezone, weekday/weekend variants.

Roles + audit trail

Content creators upload, managers approve, operators publish. Every change attributed and reversible. SOC-2-friendly audit log.

Templates

Reusable HTML templates with variables — date, weather, store-specific prices, social feeds, RSS. Update the template once, every screen using it picks up the change.

API + webhooks

Drive content programmatically from your POS, your ERP, your CMS. Webhook on every state change. Same REST surface as the rest of KardoVision.

Hardware

Bring your own screens

KardoVision Digital Signage is hardware-agnostic. The player runs on Android TV, BrightSign, generic Android boxes, and any browser via the web player. No proprietary box required.

Android TV

Sideload the .apk or distribute via Play Console private channel. ARM and x86 supported.

BrightSign

Officially-supported HTML5 player. Pulls playlists from cloud, falls back to local cache during outages.

Web player

Any browser, any OS. Drop the URL on a Chromebox, a Mac mini, an old PC. Auto-refresh, auto-reconnect.

Custom

Integrate any screen via the REST API. Reference player source available.

Try Digital Signage

Same Kardopal credentials. Manage your screens from any phone or browser.
